The Travelbridges journey started at Hello Internet Cafe as I wrote the Worldbridges Manifesto. I spent a couple of months producing on Khao San Road. I wasn’t able to create any sustainable momentum for this site or the Worldbridges Network, but I did have a lot of fun, ate very well, and heard quite a few interesting travel tales. Below are a few glimpses of the early days of bridge building, and memories of what the internet looked like in the late 90’s.
